FINAL PROJECT
here are my first two iterations! it focuses on reminiscing on childhood, and the internal conflict of wanting to return to that state. I was originally planning to add in photos of myself from childhood, (which I may do for the next iteration) but I really enjoyed using the photos I had taken for this. I included fake roses to symbolize a false reality/idealization of past experiences, and the tchotchke filled pill bottles as the danger of regressing back to a child-like state that is unhealed.
That is quite the iconic photo, Quinton would be proud that your using his movie.
ReplyDeleteIs it just this photo specifically?? Nothing wrong with it, it makes me think of all those teen boys from high school who thought Fight Club was a cool and manly movie.
ReplyDeleteEither way, Iconic! I know theres a more taller (?) picture often used with posters and t-shirts,
Heck yeah, love me some Pulp Fiction. I don't really know what direction I'd steer this one, but I'm looking forward to seeing what you can conjure up! There are some really nice values and colors in this image, so really emphasizing those with blending modes/modifiers would be a great start
